Career Areas / Departments
1. Processing Plant Operations
Roles:
- Raw material receiving & grading staff
- Trimming, peeling, deveining & cutting operators
- Machine operators (IQF / block freezing / glazing)
- Packing line assistants & supervisors
- Sanitation & cleaning team
Profile:
- 10th / 12th pass or above
- Ability to work in cold environment
- Ready for shift duties
- Experience in seafood / food processing preferred, but training will be given for freshers
2. Quality Control & Laboratory (QC)
Roles:
- Quality Control Executive
- Microbiology / Lab Technician
- HACCP / Food Safety Officer
Profile:
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Fisheries, Food Technology, Microbiology or related field
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP will be an added advantage
- Freshers with good academic background can also apply
3. Cold Storage & Logistics
Roles:
- Cold store in-charge
- Store assistants
- Loading / unloading coordinators
- Dispatch & documentation support
Profile:
- Experience in cold storage / warehouse preferred
- Basic computer knowledge for stock entry
- Physically fit & ready for shift work
4. Export Documentation & Operations
Roles:
- Export Documentation Executive
- CHA / Freight coordination assistant
- Shipping & customs documentation staff
Profile:
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Good English typing & MS Office skills
- Knowledge of export documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, CO, Health Certificates, etc.) is an added advantage
- Training will be provided for freshers interested in export operations
5. International Sales & Marketing (Exports)
Roles:
- Export Marketing Executive
- Customer coordination for Japan / UK / Korea / other markets
- Market research & pricing support
Profile:
- Any Degree / MBA (Marketing / International Business preferred)
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of foreign languages is a plus)
- Ability to coordinate with overseas buyers, plants and logistics partners
6. Accounts & Administration
Roles:
- Accounts assistant / executive
- HR & admin support
- Office assistant
Profile:
- Commerce / Accounts background for accounts roles
- Knowledge of Tally / accounting software preferred
- Good discipline, record keeping & communication
